Pricing for our soft skill e-learning online courses start from $49.00. These prices are per course, per participant. Length varies between two, four and six hours approximate duration. Click on the desired course topic for a full description and pricing of the e-learning version of the course.

Once you’ve completed the course payment in our course store, you would have been sent an email from us with user and login password credentials. If you can’t find it in your inbox be sure to check your spam folder. Once you find the email, simply go back to our e-learning store website, on the top menu you’ll see LOGIN. Click that item on the menu and then enter your user and password. Your purchased course will be there ready for you to start. You can start and stop as often as you wish, remember you have access to individual courses for 30 days. If you purchased a bundle of five courses or more, you are granted up to 90 days to complete them.

Simply email us via our contact page and explain the situation or circumstance, most likely we can grant you an extension so you can regain access to the course and complete it.

For instructor-led training workshops, the course manual will be made available to students on the first day of class. For e-learning sessions, course Self-Study Guides and Quick Reference Guides are provided as downloadable assets for each student/participant.

Yes. Students who complete an instructor-led training course will be emailed their completion certificate. The completion certificate automatically becomes available after the e-learning class has been completed so you can download, save and then print as needed

The Soft Skill courses can be delivered as e-learning online courses or instructor-led training (ILT) workshops. Typically, a two hour e-learning course equates to a one day ILT workshop. A four hour e-learning online course equates to a two day ILT workshop. A six hour e-learning course equates to a three day ILT workshop. Review individual course descriptions for further information.

Pricing is dependent on the duration of the training course, materials provided, and the amount of customisation required.

Generally, Instructor-led Training Workshop pricing starts at $3,000 for a one day workshop, $5,500 for a two day workshop, and $8,000 for a three day workshop. Each workshop is restricted to a maximum 16 student participants per workshop. Prices do not included GST and associated costs (such as travel, accommodation, meals, venue hire, printing etc, these are additional costs). All pricing is in Australian Dollars.

Yes. We encourage customisation to address your needs and challenges your team has. We have the ability to select multiple modules in various topics and bundle them together to form a program that meets your needs and budget.

We do everything we can to understand your company’s goals for training. Once we have clearly identified your goals and the areas of development, we work with you and the instructor to determine content and focus.

Quotes are based on a minimum of 10 attendees. In most cases, we recommend 16 participants to optimise one-on-one interaction with other participants and the instructor.

We offer both instructor-led training (ILT) workshops that are live in person face-to-face or presented virtually, normally up to 16 students at a time, we also offer e-learning online applications for all our soft skill leadership courses. ILT workshops that are live in person face-to-face sessions may require travel to a training facility if its conducted away from your company facility/site, whereas e-learning online courses may be taken from pretty much anywhere on any device as long as you have good internet connection. Select your course and find out what the options are (classroom workshops or e-learning) and make a purchase or reach out to us direct to discuss your needs and provide a quote for individual course, or bundles of courses or for companies that have multiple students/participants and several topics the client wished to have their staff trained in.
