Jim brings a new dimension of experience on offer to our customers, with over 35 years of managing, training, coaching and mentoring staff in operational, production, sales, service and mining industries.
A passion for workplace safety and quality workplace communications is what now drives Jim to develop and mentor personnel from line managers through supervisors to floor workers to achieve the best they can from either an individual or team perspective.
Although having won numerous awards for activities as diverse as sales, safety and logistics performance and having been at the forefront of major mainframe computer developments and implementations 80’s and 90’s to design and implementation of intermodal freight terminals and task specific warehouses, and with extensive experience in training & coaching long term unemployed and disadvantaged to gain Certificate qualifications, Jim cites his greatest achievements as “helping people understand that they can learn and develop both professionally and personally”.
Always ready and willing to undertake new and interesting challenges, Jim has used his excellent client relationship skills to build an enviable network of professionals across a range of industries and gains great satisfaction from facilitating improvements in team performance through developing workplace communications and working relationships.
